I have sinusitis. i am suffering from last 2 years. my nose gets blocked often.?

more then that i get crackling sound from my joints. i use cetrizine some times 2 get symptomatic relief. please let me kmow any permanent relief from this.

there is no permanent relief from sinusitis. consult a good ENT specialist, he will advice you. if you want to get a permanent relief better contact a reputed homeopath.

Start eating lots of garlic(at least 700 gms in the first two months and atleast 500gms thereafter) well cooked with other food like pulao, dals, chole and curries. If you want home remedy, then stop drinking milk, dont take any milk products like paneer , curd as well as icecream, avoid ice. When ever you have cough or cold, avoid any alopathy medicine, they only give relief for sometime, but problem persists. Even dont apply vicks or any lotions.
Best is to take ayurvedic medicine like Shetofaladi Churna with honey. Try this take half tbl. spoon of honey mix few drops of ginger juice and tulshi juice.
