I get sinusitis headaches everyday - my mum says there is an operation to stop this..?

That should be a LAST resort!!

Go to an allergist and get shots for your allergies. In about 9 - 12 months you'll be clear, much better, and with continued shots (for as long as your Dr says), you'll not suffer from allergies much again.

In the mean time, get Claratin or other antihistomine (and ibuprofin) that also clears your sinuses to get relief.
