What is sinusitis?

What is sinusitis?

Sinusitis is an inflammation, or swelling, of the tissue lining the sinuses. Normally, sinuses are filled with air, but when sinuses become blocked and filled with fluid, germs (bacteria, viruses and fungi) can grow and cause an infection.

Conditions that can cause sinus blockage include the common cold, allergic rhinitis (swelling of the lining of the nose), nasal polyps (small growths in the lining of the nose) or a deviated septum (a shift in the nasal cavity).

you have three cavities in you head, just behind your nose, when you get an infection in there you will have problems, yes fight I know, but the problem will tell on it self, the lower the pain the less the worry, the higher the pain the worse the poblem. Sorry not to make you afraid, just trying to help
See The high sinus cavities will hold bactirea longer than the lower will , the infection is in all the (three) cavities, to get rid of the infection you must have an imunitity, to them, sometimes you must use antibiotics, other times you can use organic help, such as garlic, (leaves) must cook them!, or try to get some SAGE try burninning it in a cup ,(not much) but It will help. let me know how it came out, ha ha bad pun, but I thought YOU could use a lame joke about now?
