I take anything with Loratadine in it. Works wonders for me.
If you have sinusitis - you need antibiotics. See a Dr.
Steam - Boil water on stove and put towel over head and inhale. (Don't get burned, just inhale steam.) for five minutes. You can hear stuff breaking loose! It works.
