I have chronic Sinusitis. My doctor mentioned sinus surgery. Has anyone had it and benefited from IT? |
I have chronic Sinusitis. My doctor mentioned sinus surgery. Has anyone had it and benefited from IT? YES! YES! YES! If it's been recommended for you, do it! I was in pain every day for years (I think I was beginning to feel suicidal), and I had surgery. The recovery time was almost a year for me and for a few months after I thought I had wasted my time, but after that, heaven! I've been in much better shape for about fifteen years now. I still have allergies, but no sinus infections any more. It was a miracle! I know many many people who have had this procedure, and all but one have had lasting wonderful results... the one has other issues and may not would notice results anyways... I would definately recomend having the procedure done if your doc says to. I also had chronic sinus problems but 6 years ago I had a deviated septum repaired and have had no trouble since then. Was told that sinus surgery is not easy and not always successful. Humidifiers seemed to help me. Good luck |
