Can Acid Reflux disease cause sinusitis?

Refluxing stomach acid into the upper airway and mouth can indeed cause sinusitis, dental decay, and other problems, but it would have to be a pretty bad case.
I am no doctor, but I think one has nothing to do with the the other. Acid Reflux disease could definitely lead to other stomach problems, such as the erosion of your esophagus, which is incapable of handling the acids from your stomach. However, sinusitis is interrelated with problems such as allergies and asthma. Having one usually causes or exacerbates issues with another.
Many years of dealing with chronic sinusitis, severe allergies and mild asthma.
