I had excellent results with acupuncture.
You could try putting concrete in your nostrils.
My doctor recommended that I use a saline solution to rinse out my nasal
passages to stop my sinus infections from reoccuring. It worked. All I did
was put a pinch of salt in my hand then add a bit of warm water. Put my
hand up to my nose and tilt my head back to allow some of the water up
my nose. It took some practice but it wasn't difficult to do. I have not had
a sinus infection since I did this. If I feel stuffy I just do this a few times a
day and it goes away.

Acupuncture is good, another natural alternative is the mangoteen fruit juice, it taste good and works wonders
