Any ideas how to cure chronic sinusitis and blocked eustation tube please x?

Chronic sinusitis develops for a reason - to free you of the infection underlying problems must be corrected. For example - do you have swelling in the nose, a polyp, or a cyst which blocks the sinus opening? Nasal swelling is common and it is also a cause of eustachion tube dysfunction. It is easily treated with a corticosteroid nasal spray. The choice of an antibiotic is easy as only a fluoroquinolone (due to their bone penetration) will do - such as ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, and moxifloxacin.
