I am dizzy when i get sinusitis first time infected?

Yes that could be a reaction to sinusitis. Hope you are taking antibiotics?
Sometimes that happens to me. Either the sinuses or ears can do that. If it's bad try taking a motion-sickness pill such as Dramamine or Bonine. Personally I like the Bonine, as it will not make you as sleepy as the other brand. Sudafed will of course help clear some of the pressure but if it persists, call a doctor for antibiotics. Also, remember to drink Lots of water. It will help you from "drying out" too much and if you're dehydrated it could make you dizzy as well.
