What is the best way to overcome or cure chronic sinusitis?

Surgery... I had that due to benign polyps. But be fore warned
It is a BRUTALLY PAINFUL SURGERY !!!

I was on pain meds for a good three weeks afterwards...

But the end result was well worth the surgery

Flush your sinus' out with salt water several times a day.
Visit a Naturopath or Homeopath store. Don't go to a "regular" doctor cuz they'll just push pills on you.
I treated my sinus with eculiptus oil.Just put 2-3 drops in to worm water place your face on top of the medium size bowl and place a towel on top of your head and inhale the steam.Reapeat until the infection starts coming out. It works!
