What is the solution for the repeated surgery of fungal sinusitis?


i have 3 surgeries in sinus because of fungal infection ,what is the solution other than surgery for not recurrence.

unfortunately there is no treatment for fungal sinusitis besides surgery because it is so serious... if it wasn't so serious then amphotericin B may have been used but this has serious side effects as well
