anything with pseudoephedrine helps to clear up the congestion and pressure in your sinuses. always works for me!
all though it is a prescribed med, Flonase is the best. I use it and would not even consider any OTC. Your insurance should cover it if you have any. If not, contact the manufactutor, they may be able to help you. It is GlaxoSmithKline.
