Anyone know of any home remedies to relieve chronic sinusitis in the winter? YES! YES! YES! Salt water in the nostrils. For just a few bucks, you can buy saline spray (they have generic and OCEAN at the drug store). Also, use a humidifier and drink water with lemon. Works for me: NO MORE SINUS INFECTIONS! Yay! neti pot... You can buy them at health food stores (co ops) or on the internet. I add 5 to 7 drops of peppermint oil to a cup of hot water and drink it..it works wonders for me |
