Do I have to live in a bubble? Acute Sinusitis and asthma?

I have acute sinusitis and was given a link to this webmd it lists 44 possible causes or things that you shouldnt do if you have my conditions, I cant possibly follow all the solutions to cure myself, so its bubble time, or what type of city or place should I live in? country, mountains, by the ocean,...ect? where can I go?

I would move to warmer coastal regions.

webmd is a curse for the public. I would recommend making an appointment with an allergist to determine what you can do to decrease your symptoms. My partner has sinusitis, asthma and allergies and our allergist has done wonders to help decrease his symptoms.
you dont neccesslarly have to live in a bubble just do things safer and think out routes to places and advoid the risky stuff
I have suffered from a problem that sounds a lot like yours. First of all, if you haven't been allergy tested, you need to get that done so you can know specifically what to avoid. Also, I hope your doctor prescribed you something for your asthma and sinusitis (at least until your system settles down and you get things under control). It may be that you need allergy desensitization shots. Not knowing what you are allergic to, makes it difficult to tell you where you should live. The mountains would probably be bad because a lot of people are allergic to tress, and the country would be bad because of all the pollen. In the city, your already irritated mucous membranes would be aggravated by pollutants in the air. Perhaps you should head for a climate like the desert or the ocean, but in my opinion, you should at least try finding out what you are allergic to and try to avoid it specifically, before you do something drastic. I've managed very well with a bit of Nasonex and avoiding grassy meadows. Also have your doctor check to see if you have a deviated septum. If so, correcting that problem might lessen your symptoms significantly.
I really think it is up to the experts, perhaps a second opinion is required.

Look familiar? They are your words directed at those that would be so foolish as to ask sympathy of you. Now according to your words you shall receive no sympathy...would not want to lower you to begging.
