Fibromyalgia, arthritis, Raynaud's syndrome, Sjogren's syndrome: I have it all!?

Anyone know of any good tips on keeping warm (for my Raynaud's) or for giving my aching joints, (especially my painful hands and feet) a bit of relief? I am 28. I don't sleep well at night because of my diseases, (I wake up constantly eventhough I can go back to sleep). Any one have good ideas? Thanks everybody! =)

A good pain relieving gel to try is BioFreeze. Its over the counter and deep penetrating. It has natural methol, so you will get a natural cooling sensation. This gel really helps with the fibromyalgia. For Raynaud's its important you keep your hands and fingers moving during the day. Simple exercises such as bending your fingers and spreading them back out and bending your wrist back and forth or side to side helps keep steady blood flow to the area.
I found a microwavable hand mitt online that seems to ease the pain a bit, it's also supposed to restore cirrculation. They are a bit pricey but totally worth it! Go to heavenlyheat.com

I too have Fibromyalgia, Ostio-Arthitis, Sciatica, Endometriosis, &
Hepatisis C from a tainted blood-transfusion in 1980. The Federal
Gov't seems to think my life is worth $25,000.00! I didn't know you can put a price on life? That was in Aug. 2000. The only thing
that has kept me going is "CERAGEM" they are infro-red heating
beds, were the rollers on the bed go from head to end of thighs. I
don't know where you live but pray there's one in r area. I use a cane & walker, the people are so friendly and the best part it's free! 30 min. on back, 10 min. on tummy The 1st time was intenseafter that I could fall asleep. Check out the web-site, I go 2
Ajax, Ont. Canada. web-site www.CERAGEM.com there all the world. E me I can tell u more # diana2172003@yahoo.ca

Massage is also amazing for these symptoms. And non-medicinal, so will not affect meds you are taking.
