Is this skin cancer?

There is a small area on my arm that appears to be a little scaly but I irritated it and it's now slightly red. I'm wondering if this is squamous cell carcinoma or if it's merely a skin irritation. It is not an open wound or a sore, and turned red only after I irritated it for a while; I also have a mild form of eczema. I'm 16, Asian female, and I know I'm not at a high risk, but I just want to make sure.

put lotion on each day for a week and observe. if it soesn't help or if it gets worse/more irritated then go see a doc. It could be serious.

I was 12 when I got basel cell. It can happen. Be careful and get it checked out. If the dr. says no. Your probably okay.

well if your 16 then you probalby would've take biology. anyways. yeah if the "area" is bigger than the eraser of a pencil, has more than 2 colors. and 2 other things i forgot. then you might want to get it looked at. or if it's just like dead skin or something. then put moisterizer on it that's what i did.
lubriderm daily moisterizer

when in doubt call your doctor, could be a minor irritation though. wait a few days and see.
