Im starting to go tanning. What should i do to prevent skin cancer?

Besides not going tannning.
I go tanning topless and my breasts are starting to feel soft. (Im not pregnent.) Is this a result of the tanning? I no pigment in small area of my skin since i was born. What should I do to prevent getting skin cancer when i go to the tanning bed.

sun exposure (real or artificial) causes skin damage that leads to skin cancer. You should not tan. It is bad for you.

maybe you should stop tanning.

ultra-violet rays from the sun aren't good for your skin to begin with.....and UV rays that close to your skin aren't exactly helping you prevent from getting skin cancer.

every time you use it, you're one step closer to orange, wrinkly, leathery skin.

spray tan - it may not last as long, but it's better.

Ideally, don't go tanning. But if you must, you should go to a spray tan place-technology is improving and they are looking better and better. If you insist on going, don't go often, and that will reduce the risk at least a bit.

Don't tan.... Tan isn't beautiful anymore. It went out a few years ago.

Tanning beds are intense u/v rays. That what doctors do to premature babies to age them. And you are going there to age your skin and liver voluntarily? Are you nuts?

spray on tan, no risk of skin cancer
