Could this be skin cancer plz help me out here?

I was wearing a sweater and it the strings from it pulled on a mole the mole didnt come off and there was no blood it looks the same as it always did it's just that part of my neck just feels a little irritated right now. should I be worried?

Probably not!

Unless you have an unusually dark colored mole that you can't see.

Better see your doc, just in case!

go to a doc to make sure that it isnt skin cancer or just a mole. go to a doc as soon as u can.

check to see if the mole is symmetrical, if it has symmetry its just a mole..

Irritated moles don't just become skin cancer. Characteristics of melanoma: asymmetrical, multi-colored, raised, larger than 2cm, and continually growing. If it has multiple of these characteristics, see a dermatologist.

Cancer? Unlikely.
Worth having a dr take a look at it. Yes.
If you have an appointment in the next few weeks, don't forget to ask him about it.

if worried see a doctor / a dermatologist can do surgery and remove it in her office during a visit and test it if there is any question
