If I do this, will I tan safely without getting skin cancer or ageing? |
Say, I lie in the sun for only 30 minutes a day, at a time of day when the sun isn't too intense. Also I apply sun block very thoroughly to all the exposed regions and wear a hat and SPF sunglasses and shorts. if it's really important to you, try the spray on tans at the tanning salons, or buy the lotion. Some of them really are pretty close to the real thing without the risk of cancer. I never tan anymore, and I was a die hard. I use a lotion w/ a little bit of color in it every day and it makes all the difference in the world. During the summer if I want even more color, I use a deep tanner that lasts for a week or two. Much easier, cheaper, and less time consuming. Who really know's it's better to be safe than sorry! |
