True or false sun glases help in getting skin cancer????? |
i was told the other day that sun glasses can cause skin canner because they cause a mental block to the retana. False. They can actually help to prevent melanoma in your eyes and in the skin surrounding your eyes. Don't know for sure but it sounds like a load of crap to me. Nope incorrect. Sunglasses can prevent wrinkles, and protect the eye. Best kind to get are polarized. I would suggest (for a good long lasting pair) some Maui Jims. My husband loves them and so do i. Plus they have an amazing warranty and are really durable.. my husband breaks glasses all the time and these bend right back... and if he runs over them or by chance they break they will replace them. anothe good polarized pair is Oakley... make sure they are polarized though because Oakley does make some that arent. You can ask them if they do the polarized test and they will hold a picture in front of you If with the glasses on it looks colorful and almost3d then they are polarized if not then youll see the same thing with them on as off. Good Luck well , if sunglasses really cause cancer , half the people on earth should be dead by now! I never heard this one about the sun glasses but I have heard that we get cancer not from the sun but from the sun tan lotion we place on our skin before sun exposure. no... |
