What are the signs for skin cancer and heart a heart attack?

Skin cancer there can be discoloration, ulcer or irritation.
In heart attack , there will be pain in chest, perspiration, irritability.

Immediate signs for heart attack include, dizziness, weakness, weak and/or thready pulse, diaphoretic (sweaty), LOC (Loss Of Consciousness), constricting feeling across the chest, shooting pains in the chest and through the left arm, difficulty breathing.

Some signs for skin cancer include sores that do not go away, discolored moles, odd shaped moles. I don't know too much else about the skin cancer stuff...
