Can a severe skin dryness in some places indicate some sort of skin cancer?

Five years ago my husband was found to have cancerous moles. They were taken out and he took some treatment for that. He's been checking with dermathologist every 6 months, and everything seems to be fine. Just 2 weeks ago, I saw some very dry places in his skin (shoulders and belly). They look like very dry skin 4 inch diameter "spots".. Same color of skin, just it looks very dry in there. Could this be a warning of something else?

Its very unlikely but get it checked out if your worried its always better to be safe than sorry.... it sounds more like eczema to me which often happens when the weather changes and/or if you start using products your skin doesnt like such as body washes or soaps.... hope this helps try not to worry x

im no doctor but i could be just dry patches of skin he could also have food allergies. Buy some jergins lotion and try using that. iff it doesnt get better see a doctor.

yes determining on what part of the world your are from and the amount of sun light you get can have a Cancers effect

it could be eczema too. skin things can come and go with age and time.
