Possible skin cancer?? Help!?

I have this thing on my back, i noticed it about a month ago before i was about to have a shower. It look like a big pimple thing and i tried to pop it cause i couldnt really see what it was and it didnt pop so i asked my bf to see what it was and he said it looked really raised with different coloured brown and black dots kinda looked like a freckle. I totally forgot about it and then i just noticed it in the mirror again and it looks really red and raised and a lump again. I'm going to try book in to get my skin checked tomorrow but if anyone knows about this stuff your help is appreciated!

My nan has the exact same problem, and we think it might be skin cancer too;l

She's also getting it checked out tomorrow, so I recommend you just do the same - as soon as possible, don't put it off, cos before you know it, it'll be too late.

The doctor is the expert and will be the only person who can diagnose you correctly.

Good luck, I hope it's nothing ;[

Does it bleed at all? Is the shape of it very irregular? Has it grown rapidly in a short time? If yes, you need to get it checked out as it could be skin cancer.

If you're worried about it then I suggest you go and see a GP or a dermatologist. I would be VERY wary of places like mole-check clinics as they often will just rip you off.

Go & Get It Checked Out as soon as possible , it's far better to be safe than sorry with these things , don't hesitate go & get it looked at by a doctor , if only for your own piece of mind

Hopefully it's just a mole. You are doing 100% the right thing about it having it looked after. Only an MD can tell you or biopsy it to make sure you are perfectly fine - any mole that suddenly appears, changes, or grows (bleeds) is reason to be concerned - ASAP.

Good Luck and lets hope it's nothing.
