Tattoo LASER removal and skin cancer?

i have this big tattoo on mt back ( SEXY B-) )
but now i want to remove it ( WHY ? )
and some ppl i know are saying that it causes skin canser ( WHAT ? 0_0 ) ( I know !!!!!! )
So any how
my question is ...... *Drum roll*
does laser Tattoo removal causes canser ?
if any one has a good source plz mention it

but almost alll thet get them removed with laser have next to nothin showing after 3- 4 years
i know a couple bros got whole back artwork lasered off in like 3- 4 sessions over 7 - 8 years. and they do look paler than most of us its not like melted skin
