Is this skin cancer? With photo.? |
I have had this for almost 2 months. It doesn't itch or hurt. I have searched for a while to find a picture like it but cannot find one. What is your opinion? Thanks I just wanted to mention that it isn't a mole. It just apeared one day. I am 22 with type 2 skin. Probably not skin cancer - yet - but it does look like a precancerous lesion to me. I'd go to the dermatologist and ask if I needed a biopsy. Also, start wearing sunscreen when outdoors and wearing a hat whenever possible. Once these things start popping up the tendency is for you to develop more of them and about 1 in 5 will eventually evolve into skin cancer. good luck yes my mom had skin cancer and she would get a lot of them. thats usually what they looked like-pink and a bump raised above the actual skin. you should get it checked out by the doctor because even if i'm wrong you can never be too careful! i don't know consult with a doctor I would have a dermatologist take a look at it to be sure. They all look so different, but it does look like it could be a basil cell carcinoma. You don't mention your age or sun exposure. Please take care of it early. Not at all....i had that before and it went away It looks like something I had removed from my leg recently. It wasn't cancer but I wanted it off because I hit it when I shaved and it annoyed me. If you are concerned about this you should show it to your doctor for a definite diagnoses. Check it out with a doctor. nah, i dont think so. It's probably just a bump, because I got one like it too, and it took a long time to go away. |
