Skin cancer fro tanning what are the signs?

the other day out of nowhere almost overnight i got these little spots that are light pink and tiny theres probably about 10-20 of them they are a little itchy and hurt when i press on it besides that they feel like my normal skin at first i thought it was a spider bite or something, but i have been tanning in a tanning bed for about a month now for prom! could this be something?

they are all in one spot prolly an inch wide by half an inch, could this just be an allergic reaction to a bug?

The most obvious sign is a mole.

These moles looks pretty normal. But it's the moles that are not symmetrical [do not look equal, i.e. not a perfect circle/oval]. They have a weird jagged edge around it so the mole does not look smooth. And the colour of the mole itself is not consistent and the same.

But your little red spots that are light pink and tiny are probably just a sun-burnt marks. You can find creams like sudocream or the like that can help sooth sun-burnt marks.
Tanning beds are such a big no no. Too much exposure can mean an easier risk to skin cancer.
