How can I still tan this summer without putting myself at risk of getting skin cancer? |
How can I still tan this summer without putting myself at risk of getting skin cancer? I just read a magazine and they said even when you are out running errands and it's sunny outside you should at least wear 15spf sunscreen. When you're at the beach 50spf sunscreen and don't forget you're ears! just put on some sunblock and dont constantly burn. the chances of you getting skin cancer from a little burn is extremely low, but if you keep getting bad burns you might run into a problem later on. remember, a nice light brown tan is a pigment your skin produces to protect your skin from getting burnt, so there is nothing wrong with a nice tan. Rub some sunscreen lotion on your skin, and get under sun, but don't go for sun tan ed, because they sure cause skin cancer. check out this site for more skin cancer prevention tips. |
