I was in a pool earlier today and got a really bad sunburn and i have moles and freckles that iv had for awhile on my back the burnt part with freckles itch do you think i have skin cancer?

People with very fair skin are more susceptible to skin cancer from sun exposure. Most skin cancers are caused by long-term exposure to the sun - you need to make sure you protect yourself really well in future.

If caught early most cases of skin cancer are easily treated and cured.

Having moles isn't itself a sign of skin cancer; just keep an eye on them. The signs that a mole may be cancerous are: getting bigger, changing shape, changing colour or becoming patchy looking, itching or bleeding. If a mole changes in any of these ways, see your doctor as it should be looked at by a specialist.

probably not from only 1 burn.
if your really worried, just keep an eye on the moles. if one starts to get all freaky shaped, grows rapidly, bleeds, etc., go to your doctor.
don't pick at them, lol.

You only have to worry if those little moles or spots suddenly change color and size.
