I was wondering what this is, can it be skin cancer?

Its really itchy and normally appears on my legs and arms. The first time i notice it it's like blood on it. It looks like little dry blood is coming out of my skin. It's really itchy but after awhile it turns into the light brown spots. It starts to disappear after a long time. I was wondering what it was and if there are any creams and stuff that i can use to get rid of it.

here are some pictures:

Okay, as a general rule, if you suspect cancer you seek medical advice. You don't think about it and see if it gets better by itself, you go to a doctor. These days, cancer's something that really isn't that big of a deal if it's caught in the very early stages, however, leave it too late and you're screwed.

Looking at the pictures and description, I'd bet lots of money that it's not cancer. Cancer's roughly defined as an uncontrolled growth of cells. If there's no growth per se, and it 'starts to disappear after a long time', it's not cancer.

Regardless, I'm not a doctor, so I'm hardly qualified to give advice, but my best guess would be that it was something along the lines of dry skin, or some skin irritation. Nothing major at all.

thats really odd. it may be an allergy reaction to some type of body lotion you shower with or perfume or body cream because thats what exactly i get when i use this type of body shower lotion. You should go to the doctor and he will be able to figure what it is just to be on the safe side. it's better to go now rather than wait and let it get worse.

good luck!
