Does sunlight cure skin cancer ? I think overexposure of the sun is what causes it. nope and overexposure is a predisposing cause tu skin carcinoma. but morning sunlight(up to 9-10 o'clock) is actually good for your skin, especially kids, it helps vitamin D production. but in reasonable amount of exposure, let say 10-15 minutes. Nooo. If u exposed yourself with to much sunlight it will cause u to get skin cancer if u stay for a while taking a little sun light then it will cause your skin to go to homeostasis and absorbs sunlight. Sunlight is very good for the skin ,it helps aid production of vitamin D, which there is not enough of in foods, but too much can cause problems. use a very strong sunscreen. Do not over expose.
