Can you get skin cancer by sleeping with the lights on?

there have been studies done that sleeping in total darkness releases needed melatonin to get a proper night's sleep.

Reducing cancer risks by ensuring production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates many bodily functions, and which inhibits cancer cell replication. Exposure to light at night suppresses melatonin production, and increases breast cancer risk, especially among night-shift workers.

No,silly. It just means your light bill will be higher. Don't worry, your safe. But use a good sunscreen when you go outdoors. And that advice dosn't matter what skin color you have. Enjoy life, have fun and get plenty of restful sleep....Zzzzzzzzz

No becuase a light bulb doesnt produce UVA or UVB rays unlike the sun
