Skin cancer.?

hey guys well i need to kno if i have skin cancer.
i have a birthmark on my head when i was little it used to be flat and brown but now its bumpy and red and its raised up it kinda worries me but my parents say its normal but it doesnt look it please help.

Probably not but it never hurts to have a medical professional look at any skin lesion that has been changing in appearance. Next time you go to the Dr have him take a look at it or show it to your school nurse. It is unusual for a lesion that you have had since birth to turn cancerous but it is possible. Usually this happens with moles and not birthmarks.

if its higher and bigger than the eraser of a pencil...then go get it checked good luck!
