I heard on the news that some people are naturally resistant to skin cancer. Is it true??

I didn't get to hear the story on the news, so I'm just curious if I may possibly be resistant and do not have to worry about sunblock.

The latest research I have read on skin cancer is that people that work in the sun all of the time are less likely to get skin cancer at an early age. It is the office workers that expose themselves to large amount of sun in fast and quick spurts. Of course in the later years, the workers in the sun get more skin cancer.

I tried to find the study from Duke University, I couldn't find it. The re-did
their wedsite.
