How can I tell if it's skin cancer?

I am very fair skinned and even though I have no moles the middle of my chest has accumulated some very small red spots about 1mm in diameter, my chester is a redder colour than the rest of my pale white body this is due to too much sun exposure. It is not painful but I fear it could be skin cancer because my skin has been this way for over a year

Am I going to die

Go to a dermatologist!

There are three kinds of skin cancer. Basal cell and squamous cell are not usually fatal, its melanoma that is the killer. Melanoma usually develops from a scary looking mole. Its possible that you have one of the other two types, but only a dermatologist can tell you. It honestly just sounds like broken blood vessels.

If you have a spot that is changing, bleeding, getting bigger its definitely something to be concerned about.

get it checked out.
but first,
if its not perfectly round, it may be.
if its discolored, it may be.
and if its bumpy, it maybe be\
skin cancer

No one can diagnose themselves with cancer from home, so be sure to get it checked out by a doctor!

obviously have a doctor look at oit

go to the doctor
