HELP: Does it look like skin cancer?

i have been out in the sun all summer and i dont really wear sun screen all the time i burn easily but haven' gotten burnt in a long time because i've been tan but today i went to tan in a tanning bed and used the bronzer and tonight when i was in the shower i noticed this. at first i thought it was a knick in my skin from shaving but i squeezed it and it didn't bleed or anything. idk maybe im bein paranoid but i was wondering if this looks like anything dangerous.

take a look through them. also when i touch it its soar and in real life it looks a lot more red.

You should know that although there is a risk of getting skin cancer from too much sun exposure... many skin cancers arise from skin parts not actually exposed to the sun!

The pictures really look like sunburn... but anyway, here are what we look for, some general signs/symptoms of cancer:

A-appearance. Note for elevated plaques/patches on the skin
B-borders. Sudden change in borders of the patch, can be growing
C-color. Color of skin changes, can be variable, a mixture of red,purple,bluish...

i forgot the D-... anyway, size of the skin lesion wont matter, whether it is large or small...

but cancers usually dont hurt. I think you should rest your skin from UV rays for a while...

u can search for the following in the web: basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, melanoma...

2] - No it does not look like a melanoma, but just keep an eye on it for a few weeks.
