Paget disease of the nipple, How do the cancer cells get within the skin?

The skin lesions seen on the surface of this breast are causes by the presence of cancer cells within the skin. How did the cancer cells get there?

Cancer is just normal cells that are reproducing way too fast. The cancer wasn't planted in the skin of the breast, it began there.
