How can I avoid UV rays but more importantly, skin cancer?

Add being extra careful of sun between hrs of 10 am and 4 pm. Also protect your skin from sun during winter sports.

Perform monthly body exams for problem moles. If you have a lot of moles (over 50) you might want to get medical digital photos.

See your dermatologist at least yearly.

High SPF factor sunscreen, A hat and full coverage clothing.....You may die of heat stroke...but skin cancer should not be a problem

Highest degree of sunscreen you can find. Wear a hat in the summer time....wear sunglasses...your eyes can suffer too.
