Why do white people get skin cancer more than black people? ? |
I know it sounds out of the blue to ask but i just wanted to know The darker your skin is, the more melanin you have. (melanin makes it dark) Melanin acts kind of life suncream. The more you have, the more protested you are. Because white people have less pigment in their skin, so they get burnt more then black people. Maybe because white people spend more time in the sun or go tanning. Melanin content Maybe it is because they are more susceptible to the sun. they have less pigment in their skin. |
