I go for 20 minutes and these tanning beds have brand new bulbs because the owner frequently replaces the bulbs. Will I get skin cancer like this? How long would it take? To be on the safe side it might perhaps be better to forget about tanning beds. the tanning beds have uv lights wich is found in the sun. you can get cancer but it various person to person, like family genitics, exp my aunt lays out in sun all day and is basically black. shes been doing this for 20 years and shes fine. my uncle tanned a little when he went to C.A. he soon after got blotches on his face and doc said it was skin cancer. so if i were you id cut back a little but dnt worry to much. no it proven that it does not in fact give you skin cancer the results that said it does had errors in them you have a good chance |
