If you think you have skin cancer, what's the worst possible scenario besides melanoma? |
I have a mole and I think it could be skin cancer, but I'm pretty sure it's not melanoma but I'm wondering what's the worst case besides that. Metastatic Melanoma. my dad had a mole on his side, did what you did ignored it.. it started ozing and bleeding he just put a band aid on it to cover it up ignored.. finally my mom caught sight of it sent him straight to the doctor they did a biopsy came back cancerous they did a surgery to remove it.. and to "look around" it had already spread throughout his body. That was in January he died in July of that same year. So, now you tell me..is that what kind of scenario you want by just sitting there ignoring it? WHETHER or not you think it could or could not be, you need to get your *** into the doctor ASPA early detection is the best medicine when it comes to ANY kind of cancer. EVEN if it isn't cancerous now, it could become cancerous later... after my dad died the WHOLE family went to have all of our mole's removed. It just isn't worth it. PLEASE just go and have ALL of your moles checked. It CAN save your life! Well you could have basal cell nevus syndrome. It affects about 57,000 people. It starts at puberty and you get basal cell carcinoma and that becomes ovarian cancer, medulloblastoma, tumors in your jaw, spontaneous fractures, endocrine system goes bad, and it also affects your eyes. Squamous cell carcinoma or Basal cell carcinoma, but both of those are pretty mild. i had a mole which didnt look like the "typical" cancer but it turned out to be a melanoma, It could spread throughout your body and kill you. |
