Skin Cancer?

I've been tanning. Not alot maybe once a week, sometimes not even that. But I just found a small, red, pimple-looking thing on my nipple. It kinda hurts when it rubs on my clothes. Is this skin cancer?

Probably just a clogged duct, put a band-aid on it for a few days so it doesn't rub and see if it clears up.

You'd better to check it with a doctor to see if you need to worry about it.
Probably not skin cancer. Probably nothing but a doctor should make the call. Breast cancer experts say you should report any abnormal issues with your breasts to your physician ASAP.
