Is it true that you can get skin cancer from drawing on yourself, because me and my friends always draw on ourselves.

Depends upon what you're using, but inks are not carcinogenic.

I don't know, but if you find a tiny red spot on your skin, check with a doctor. A small red thing always appears before skin cancer. But you shouldn't take the risk.
