How to prevent skin cancer and strokes? |
I already know to use sunscreen, but are there any foods/vitamins to prevent skin cancer. Also how to prevent strokes? Lots of people in my family have these conditions and i just wanted to try and prevent them. Sunscreen and staying out of the sun is the only thing for skin cancer. For strokes, manage your blood pressure, diabetes (if you have it), treat your atrial fibrillation (if you have it), don't smoke. Don't smoke. That's important. Also, know the warning signs of stroke; if you even THINK you are having one, go to the ER right away...you need to get there soon so you can get good medication.
