I don't know about any websites, but I have 'precancerous' sunspots on my face that have to be burned off every 6 months with liquid nitrogen. But any suspicious looking mole or growth should be checked out.
I can tell you most all you need to know about skin cancer, since I have had it myself. I had Melanoma, the 'bad' one that is potentially fatal, but I know a bit about the other two types too.
