Does anyone know of any evidence that the body can absorb hydrogenated fats in cosmetic products through the skin?
Odd question, I know...... This is not an odd question at all.
The body can absorb any type of cream through the skin. I know that for a fact.
I'm sure that you know that hydrogenated fats are harmful if ingested because they clog the arteries, cause obesity, etc. and that is why you are asking.
I wouldn't use any skin cream product that contained hydrogenated fats for the reasons I stated and fear of the unknown.
I don't have any evidence, just common sense and lots of years of living. :))) |
