Do sleepless nights and alcohol really impact my skin's health?

I have read that 8 hours sleep do wonders for the skin (I'm especially worried abt the face, eyes, neck). And that alcohol is very bad (several beers or shots?).

Is it really that big of a deal?

we all know that everything that beyond the limitation is really a bad thing...alcohol like beers which you've been said is dangerous to our health. The main component or content of alcoholic beverages is ethanol, and we all know that ethanol evokes a distinctive heat-like sensation in the mouth and a stinging sensation on the skin. In the body it is metabolized to other substances, affecting the central nervous system in particular. The effect varies between individuals, and can be worse when applied in addition to certain drugs.

Drinking a little bit of some beverages is not too bad for us.... but always remind ourselves that DRINKING TO MUCH is a big NO NO NO...

Not immediately, but in the long term, yes. Drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep, and moisturize. And whatever you do, don't smoke. That's horrible for your skin and your health.

OMG like NO!

PARRRRIS

any thing hard to your mind and hard to stomach will affect the whole body including skin. Some minimum fat and lot of water is good for system as well as skin.

Sleeples night is bad for skin and whole body. Small qty of alcohal 1 can of beer or 30 ml of hard drinks every alternate day is good. But more is bad for body
