Does better health improve skin tone and color?


Im just curious if there is scientific proof that some one in better health will have a better or worst skin tone. If you have naturally olive skin tone but are recently in either better or worst physical shape is it possible for your skin color to slighty darken and even out?
Can some one please provide me proof that it can or can not help?

The only proof I can provide is myself. When I improved my diet, my skin became clearer and softer and it's texture improved. I can't quote medical evidence, but it worked in practice for me.

Not sure but it couldn't hurt any.

With the exception of certain skin diseases/conditions and some latitude for genetics, I think most will agree your skin is a good indicator of what's happening in your body.
