How much would diet and exercise affect skin health?


such as blemishes and such.

diet can do wonders for skin health
less fat/oil can mean clearer skin
but also those who diet tend to drink less water which may dry out skin

working out is great but if you sweat and don't shower right away/ clean your face and back all the time you will break out. otherwise having a healthy diet and exercising is great!
