Can anyone give me suggestions for better skin health?

Ive always heard that your skin relfects the health that your in but i dont really see how when im a teenager and i eat a strict diet of lots of vegetables, omega 3s, fruits and grains very low saturated fats and foods high in unsaturated fats and i never eat any fast food at all havent in almost 2 years even though i work at a fast food place. My skin has improved a little but i stilll dont see the results i thought i would have seen before ive been to the dermatalogist but alll they did was load me down with some antibiotics and i dont believe in taking pills to cure something i believe internall there is something wrong with my health and im just trying to figure out what it is. Its not really cystic acne that i see more just spots and blemishes and i just wish some way they would go away i use a mild vitamin E soap on my face and keep eating my diet but nothing seems to reallly help it any good advice would be helpful thanks

ice helps with it you would have to hold the ice on the place for a while and that proactive solutions works really good

Drink as much water as you can stand to flush toxins, and make sure you clean your skin well (witch hazel etc) when you've been at work cause its not just eating junk food that is bad for your skin, working around it can be as well. Try a nice clay mask once a week, that might help too.

Drink a lot of water,
exfoliate, cleanse, tone and moisturise then pimple cream everyday.
Take 2 fish oil tablets at breakfast, and another 2 at dinner.
After 2 weeks, i bet your skin will be a lot better!

drinking water always good for healthy skin.

remember youre just a teenager; your body is undergoing so many changes in hormones. that sometimes comes out in the skin.

but that doesnt mean all gloom and doom, as you grow up and leave your teens, your skins will get back to normal as you stop growing and you hormones adjust.

Dry brushing your body:

Change your pillow case daily, so dirt won't accumulate, and rub on the face, and hair all night.

i totally agree with you but sometimes you need to take antibiotics because you may have a bacteria infection but also i just recently saw an infomerical about natural health sorry i didnt catch the name but the reason it caught my interest because he said that acne can be treated by avoiding all dairy products which i do and have been for the last 4 months and also to take a total of 8 probiotics a day and 2 cod liver oil tablets and to avoid wheat products, i just started this regimen about a week ago but have been also taking vilantae vitamins by Evolution X its a dietary supplement . For more information go to www.vilantae.com it takes about 1 month to see dramatic results but you do notice a difference withing a few days ... i hope this helped and good luck to you...
