Skincare, any home experts? What products work well for you? Diet supplements for skin health?

My skin has just been looking atrocious these last weeks, had a breakout of spots, big open pores, saggy and pallid, I look like I've aged 20 years. Started drinking coffee, is that bad for the skin? I've been drinking heaps of water in an effort to get some life back into it.
At the moment all i've been doing is exfoliating with an Oil of Olay facewash, no cleansing or moisturising or anything. Is it bad for your skin to exfoliate? Does it strip it of natural oils and make you wrinkle quicker?
Has anyone had any good results using Proactive? I don't usually have pimples though, is it only for acne-prone skin?
Can anyone reccomend a cheap, easy skincare regime?

every person is different but my skin changed miraculously when I started using moisturizer. Without it, your skin will overproduce oil and you can break out. I've used the same cleanser for over ten years and I average about 5 pimples a year. Could be my genes, I know, but I really trust my regimen.

Neutrogena soap bar, fragrance free twice a day.
During the day, I use any kind of moisturizer (I have about 10 that i like) but at night I use something with alphahydroxy acid- Healthy Skin from Neutrogena..

As far as diet, I take a daily vitamin and don't eat very much fat. Probably not what you wanted to hear but fat disrupts your blood flow, plain and simple!
I do drink coffee but only in the am. It shouldn't hurt if you replenish your water supply.

One of the best complexion boost for me is exercise, it makes me really red and flushed afterward but the next day my skin is vibrant. Also, I really don't use exfoliants other than acid-bearing moisturizers. They are much more subtle than actually scratching your skin. I will use a harsh exfoliant about twice a year on scars, though.

Going against what every one else is going to tell you, I have to have a moderate amount of sunlight. Moderate being the key word. It can be so good for you as long as you don't burn and you stay moisturized.

ive had great results using proactiv! it makes my skin so soft and acne free!
also. prenatal vitamines work great for hair skin and nails.

I use the skin care line by Artistry and I love it.
I drink tons of coffee but still have good skin.
